Project Timeline

I want to make sure you’re involved every step of the way as we bring your brand to life. Here’s a general overview of what you can expect after you submit your inquiry form:

  • We’ll start with a consultation to make sure we’re a good fit and discuss your vision.

  • You’ll also fill out a detailed brand questionnaire to help me understand your style, goals, and preferences.

WEEK 1: Kickoff Call + Brand Discovery

  • I’ll present you with 2 logo variations, a custom color palette, and some brand inspiration.

  • You’ll choose your favorite option and provide feedback on the visuals before the next steps.

WEEK 2: Logo Concepts + Visual Inspiration

  • After your feedback, I’ll solidify a singular logo concept and start working on your additional branding elements.

  • We’ll check in again to make sure the logo is just right before moving forward with other deliverables and brand assets.

WEEK 3: Revisions + Logo Finalization

  • I’ll present the full brand identity, including the finalized logo, color palette, typography, and other elements.

  • You’ll have the chance to ask for revisions or tweaks on the extras (social media templates, packaging, etc.)

WEEK 4: Brand Identity Presentation
WEEK 5: Final Revisions & Wrap-Up 

  • If additional revisions are needed, I’ll make those changes and schedule a final review meeting.

  • In our final meeting, we’ll go over everything, discuss how to use your new brand assets, and share all the necessary files.

  • What’s the difference between the Basic and Ultimate packages?
    The Basic package covers the core essentials for building your brand identity. The Ultimate package includes everything from the Basic package, plus extra creative assets like custom icons, social media templates, and more to elevate your brand and give it a professional edge.
  • Which package is right for me?
    If you’re just getting started or on a tighter budget, the Branding Basics Package is a great option covering all the essentials for a strong brand foundation. However, if you’re looking for a more comprehensive identity with extra creative assets to take your brand to the next level, the Ultimate Branding Package is the way to go.
  • Can I add extra designs later?
    Absolutely! You can always add more deliverables to your package later, such as additional social media templates, business cards, or packaging. I’ll make sure your brand grows as your business evolves.
  • I only need a logo. Do you offer that?
    I don’t offer standalone logos – and here’s why. A logo is just one piece of a much bigger picture. To build a cohesive, strategic brand, you need a complete identity that works across every platform and touchpoint. My packages are designed to give you clarity and consistency across all channels.
  • What do I need before starting a branding package?
    Before we begin, it’s important that you have a business name (I can’t name your business for you!) and some ideas for your brand’s vibe, direction, and goals. Feel free to create a Pinterest board or share some examples of brands you love. The more information you provide, the better I can tailor your brand to your vision.
